In 1988 James started his own Design & Project Management Company working for a wide range of builders & projects winning awards for some builders. James was one of the first designers to be registered with the QBSA and some years later also became a Licenced Builder. James and Adam met in 1995 and worked together on many projects throughout Brisbane, which led to the birth of Begbie Bentham Design & Build in 2002.

Adam Begbies’ career focus as a business Owner having been involved in all facets of Customer Service, Managerial & Financial Management, naturally elevated his career into the Building & Construction Industry in 1995, After having met James in 1995 and working together on many projects throughout Brisbane, Adam & James’ focus on design and quality became the natural ingredients to forming Begbie Bentham Design & Build in 2002.

Christene Muller, having completed a General Office Traineeship, her career in Real Estate as a Receptionist commenced in 1989, then progressing to a Licenced Property Manager in 1992 and onto becoming an Administration Manager & Bookkeeper in 1997. Her desire to work in the Building Industry was always a career path she wanted to take and having met both Adam & James in 1997, Christene approached Adam & James in 2003 and has worked as their Office Manager since.
